How long will it take to get my board?

We’re stocking quite a bit of inventory, so within a few days if we’re not out. If we’re on backorder, we’ll tell you at the time of purchase and it won’t take any longer than four weeks.

 

How should I take care of my board?

Avoid any hard surfaces. We suggest keeping your board in a board bag until you’re ready to charge it in the sun or safely inside under your lamp. We’ll have bags available for you soon!

 

What if my board gets damaged in shipping?

Every shipment is fully insured. If it’s damaged in shipping, we’ll provide a replacement free of charge.

 

What should I do if I get a ding in my board?

Please contact our customer support if this happens. We can help you find someone to repair it or guide you through it on your own!

 

What is your return policy?

Please contact our customer support for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Vests and apparel purchased within 30 days may be returned as long as its never been used. There are no refunds or returns or exchanges on boards.

 

How do you make the products glow?

Simply set the product under any light source – the sun outside or a lamp inside. With sufficient exposure to light, our products will glow for up to 12 hours before needing to be recharged.
